She has served in numerous leadership positions within the Women’s Council of Realtors at both the local and state levels and is a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame. Beyond real estate, Natalie is deeply committed to community involvement and volunteerism. She actively supports charitable organizations, educational initiatives, and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, where she has volunteered for many years.

Zoey Star Jones may be the smallest member of Prime Title Agency, but she’s also one of the most important. As VP of Title Paw-licy Review, Zoey specializes in catching the tiny details humans miss, supervising closings from her comfy bed, and boosting morale across every branch. Whether she’s overseeing documents, greeting clients, or providing emotional support to the team, Zoey adds joy, professionalism, and a whole lot of star power to Prime. With her big personality and even bigger heart, she’s truly the goodest executive.

With years of experience in escrow management, Trisha Todar is a vital part of the Prime Title Agency team. As Escrow Manager, Trisha oversees all aspects of escrow operations, from document preparation to fund disbursement, providing clients with the confidence and clarity they need throughout the process. With more than two decades of experience in Houston’s real estate industry, Shawn Jones serves as Operations & Compliance Manager at Prime Title Agency. His career has taken him from brokerage leadership and team building to business development and title operations, giving him a 360° understanding of the transaction process. He has played key roles in launching and growing title companies, creating systems that streamline operations, and building educational and networking opportunities for real estate professionals.

Shawn is also deeply committed to service and leadership within the real estate community. He has served as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Greater West Houston, Chair of Membership for both the Chamber of Commerce Northwest Houston and the Women’s Council of Realtors Texas and is a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program. Passionate about relationships, compliance, and client success, Shawn brings both expertise and heart to every closing, making him a trusted partner for agents and clients alike.
